Light of Care

Diwali is not just a festival of lights, but a celebration of humanity, love, and affection. It is a time when we strive to spread light and smiles in every life around us. Every year, Rajni Care Foundation combines this festival with the spirit of service and spreads the message of belonging in society.
In this vein, this year, the Foundation's Haridwar team celebrated Diwali with great love and respect at the Senior Citizens Home (Varishth Nagrik Grih) on 12th October. The aim was to bring the flame of happiness to the elderly who live away from their families.
The program began with the lighting of lamps and bhajans and music, which filled the atmosphere with devotion and enthusiasm. Following this, the team members engaged in intimate conversations with the senior citizens, making them realize that society still yearns for their love, experience, and blessings.
The team greeted each senior citizen with a warm blanket, juice packets, daily use items, and Diwali sweets. Together, they lit diyas, lit sparklers, and enjoyed the festival with family-like warmth.
The smiles on the faces of the elderly and the sparkle of gratitude in their eyes filled the event with emotion. Their blessings touched the hearts of every Foundation member.
The Foundation team—Priyaji Bajaj, Rajendra Dutta, Sonika Gulati, Sangeeta Maurya, Rakesh Maurya, Umesh, Vinod, and Anita Dutta—worked together to make this event a success.
This initiative reiterates Rajni Care Foundation's commitment:
"Diwali is not just about lights, but about spreading the light of love and hope in every heart."
