Health services to everyone—irrespective of class or age, especially those who need it the most.

As part of this commitment, Rajni Care Foundation organized a free health and medical camp on 5th September 2025, which was attended by a large number of citizens. Primary tests including blood pressure (BP) check, blood sugar (sugar) check were provided completely free of cost. Dr. Pankaj's special support was given in conducting the camp, due to which the program was highly successful.

Event Overview

Registration desk: Beneficiaries’ name, age, primary complaints were recorded.

Triage and initial screening: Baseline parameters like BP, Pulse, BMI/Weight etc. were taken.

Diagnostic tests: Instant blood pressure and blood sugar testing with portable device.

Medical consultation: Dr. Pankaj and team gave necessary advice/referral after seeing the test report.

Health Counseling: Information on controlled diet, regular exercise, and follow-up was provided.

Data Entry/Follow-up: Basic health records of beneficiaries were kept safe for future follow-up.
