International Yoga Day
On the occasion of 11th International Yoga Day, a special yoga program was organized by Rajni Care Foundation, which was conducted under the guidance of Shri Devendra Mohan ji.
At the beginning of the program, Shri Devendra Mohan ji presented yoga T-shirts to all the attendees, which awakened a positive energy and a sense of unity. After this, fully trained yoga teachers Mrs. Sarla Dubey ji and Mrs. Anita Mishra ji made the participants do various exercises of subtle exercise, pranayama and yoga.
During the yoga session, both the teachers also explained how the body can be taken care of in natural ways and how mental and physical balance can be maintained by adopting yoga in daily life. They explained many important points related to awareness in simple language, which benefited everyone.
About 200 people participated enthusiastically in this yoga program, which included people of all ages. Everyone practiced yoga with full dedication and resolved to make it an integral part of their life.
After this yoga session which lasted for about an hour, special guest Dr. Devendra Singh and fitness trainer Mr. Gaurav Rai ji shared their views on the importance of yoga. They said that yoga is not only necessary for the body but also for the peace of the soul and mind.
At the end of the program, light refreshments were also arranged for all the attendees, which gave a pleasant ending to the entire event.
The entire program was covered by Mr. Shekhar ji through "State Today Channel" so that the glimpse and message of this event could reach as many people as possible.
This yoga camp not only spread awareness about health, but also became an inspirational example of spiritual peace and collective energy.
